AMAZING service!! I ordered my grandkids a Smash Heart to be delivered to their daycare. Turns out, they weren't there so 4 Sisters Floral called me and delivered to a completely different address! Aileen, was awesome!!! During covid I didn’t realize her shop re located to her studio. So greatful to know 4 sisters floral is still in business. She was able to take my order on a last minute basis. Aileen not only took my order but was able to deliver it the same day- a true life saver! This was all during her busy time (Valentines) and I could not get any guarantees on time of delivery, However I was very appreciative of her accommodating me. I’ve never seen anyone go out of there way as much as she did. The service was excellent and my order was beyond satisfaction!

This shop deserves more than 5 stars. I have ordered from them before and was always pleased with the beautiful arrangements. Through some unknown mix-up we went to pick up an order for a funeral. By luck, one of the owners happened to be there,
(they were actually closed) She quickly put two arrangements together and did a beautiful job. This was beyond expectations and so very much appreciated.

I ordered a candy bouquet for my young grandson in Utah. It was delivered in a basket with many different kinds of candy, a get well balloon, and a small stuffed animal (it had the candy Airheads in it which is I found out is his favorite). It was perfect! I was more than pleased with not only the flowers my daughter received, but also the amazing service. With it being veterans day, and the base my daughter is stationed at having heightened security, they worked to track her down at a restaraunt where she was having lunch to deliver her flowers, all this and still keeping it a secret. I will never use another florist again to send her flowers! Being in ohio, it's nice to know I can expect this level of service sight unseen!

The arrangement was beautiful; the deliverer told me that it had an "oasis" in the basket, and to water it daily, which I have been, but the Gerber daisies wilted after the first day, and the roses are already wilting 3 days in...my husband was under the impression they should last a little longer than that. Otherwise, beautiful arrangement and such a nice surprise, thank you!
